WhatsApp Business & Messaging Information
When a school, educator, or business connects and utilizes WhatsApp functionality through Codju via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp Cloud API, we may collect, receive, or process:
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) information, business account identifiers, and connected phone numbers.
- Phone numbers, names, or profile details of recipients/contacts as made available through the WhatsApp platform.
- Message content, message templates, timestamps, delivery/read/failed status events, and conversation metadata.
- Media attachments or documents processed during communication workflows where supported.
- Webhook events, authentication tokens, and technical operational logs required to maintain and secure the integration.
Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform Integration
Codju integrates with and uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform / WhatsApp Cloud API to provide messaging, automated notifications, alerts, and customer support capabilities to businesses, schools, and educators.
Independent Service Provider
Codju acts as a technology and service provider enabling users to connect their WhatsApp Business accounts. Codju is an independent entity and is not owned, operated by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
Third-Party Processing by Meta
When you use WhatsApp messaging functionality, message data and associated identifiers are transmitted to and processed by Meta in accordance with Meta's systems. We encourage users to review Meta's Privacy Policy and the WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for legitimate educational and operational purposes, including to:
Provide, operate, and improve our educational Services and digital learning platforms.
